Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us instead of requesting a return.

Return & Exchange conditions
Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return for any reason. The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email and we will take care of it right away. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you.
Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost. we only accept returning the whole set, both top and bottom, not one part.
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of shoppingcheer.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).

Inspection:
Upon receipt of returned items, our Technicians will inspect products.
If your products is determined that it is fully functional, you will be notified via phone or email and we reserves the right to return the products back or issue a store credit.
If any refunds are issued to your original method of payment, please allow 1-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
